The Recent Spaces team brought to life this unique landmark building in a full marketing suite of hand-illustrated, rendered and mixed-media visuals, capturing its bold facade and textural Neri & Hu-designed interiors from a wide variety of memorable locations in the neighborhood and throughout the building. Monogram New York is crafted around the rituals of a home and serviced like a true luxury hotel, right in the heart of Manhattan.

Our goal was to link what we hope will become a much-loved Manhattan landmark building with existing beloved icons in the city such as Chrysler Building and MetLife.

Designed to revolve around the personal needs of modern living, acclaimed studio Neri&Hu beautifully blends functional sensibility with nature-infused contextual touches. Our team focused their energies on communicating the subtle but important textural elements of Neri&Hu’s exquisite design, down to the smallest finishes.

Welcome to The Crest - a sophisticated enclave, including terraces, a reading room with fireplace, an intimate bar, private dining room and catering kitchen, enveloped by expansive, iconic city skyline vistas captured through a highly curated photography session orchestrated by the Recent Spaces team.
